Privacy notice
This is a short, plain-English notice covering the only personal data this site handles: what you send me through the contact form or by email.
Who I am
Gulla Enterprises Ltd, company number 15189462, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. I am the data controller for information you send me. You can reach me at networks@gulla.co.uk.
What I collect and why
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, phone number (if given) and message are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam, then passed to Web3Forms, which delivers them to my business email. Both process the message only to deliver it. I use your details solely to reply to your enquiry and don't sell or share them with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within a reasonable period. Where we do business, I keep records as long as needed for the job and for the periods HMRC requires.
Visiting the site
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses and standard request data in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. I don't use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email me and I'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
