This is a short, plain-English notice covering the only personal data this site handles: what you send me through the contact form or by email.
Who I am
Gulla Enterprises Ltd, company number 15189462, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London,WC2H 9JQ. I am the data controller for information you send me. You can reach me at networks@gulla.co.uk.
What I collect and why
When you fill in the contact form I receive your name, email address, any phone number you add, and your message. I use this solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we go ahead, to carry out the work. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact my business, and taking steps to enter into a contract.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to my business email. The form uses a third-party delivery service and a spam-prevention tool to move the message from the site to my inbox; they process it only to deliver it. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within a reasonable period. Where we do business, I keep records as long as needed for the job and for the periods HMRC requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email me and I'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
